Job Description:
- The client is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to drive delivery across multiple concurrent Salesforce initiatives, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams while managing budgets, deployment coordination, and agile processes within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Manage 4-6 concurrent Salesforce projects simultaneously, including large enhancements within an existing environment and smaller enhancement requests, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate deployment plans across multiple internal teams and third-party implementation partners, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and release execution.
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives, helping a team transitioning to agile mature in their process.
- Manage project budgets end-to-end, including upfront estimates, ongoing tracking, and distinguishing between operating and capital expenditures.
- Translate Salesforce-specific requirements and nuances for business stakeholders, reducing the need for technical escalation and enabling faster decision-making.
- Drive prioritization of enhancements, bug fixes, and new project intake, helping the team see the bigger picture and increase overall productivity.
- Improve reporting and analytics outputs from project tracking tools, providing clearer visibility into team capacity, project status, and resource utilization.
- 5-10 years of project management experience with demonstrated, hands-on Salesforce project delivery (not certification alone).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tooling for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
- Experience managing project budgets including upfront financial planning, tracking spend over time, and handling operating versus capital expense classifications.
- Background in agile or scrum methodologies, including running sprint ceremonies and grooming user stories.
- Experience working in a SaaS industry environment with an understanding of marketing and sales revenue streams.
- Experience coordinating across multiple Jira projects and multiple delivery teams simultaneously.
- Prior exposure to IT environments that operate with a business development or value-maximization mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including pushing back on unclear or conflicting requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) in an enhancement or integration context.
- Scrum Master experience or certification, or PMP/Salesforce project management certifications.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and business process implementation within Salesforce, such as integrating third-party data or workflow tools.
