Job Title: Account ExecutiveLocation-Type: REMOTEStart Date Is: Early January 2026Duration: Permanent / Direct HireCompensation Range: Base - $100k-$120k | OTE unlimited, typical $300k per year Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and consultative Account Executive (AE) with a strong background in performance marketing to join our sales team. This role will focus on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships by positioning company performance marketing solutions—including paid search, paid social, SEO, display, programmatic, and analytics—to drive measurable ROI for healthcare organizations.The AE will be a trusted advisor to prospective clients, identifying opportunities for growth, educating decision-makers, and guiding them toward solutions that deliver measurable patient acquisition and retention results.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDrive new business growth by selling company performance marketing solutions to hospitals, health systems, and physician groups, proactively identifying and engaging prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, conferences, referrals, and other demand generation strategies.Build a robust pipeline of healthcare organizations by leveraging industry knowledge, marketing trends, and account-based selling techniques.Qualify leads and uncover client/prospect pain points to tailor consultative solutions.Lead and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal close, collaborating with internal strategy, marketing, and implementation teams as needed.Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight ROI-driven marketing strategies.Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with VPs and Directors of Marketing, and other decision-makers.Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and quota goals.Provide accurate pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM system.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts over time.Client Consultation & Budget RecommendationsServe as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and marketing leaders.Recommend campaign budgets by service line (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, urgent care, women's health, etc.) to ensure patient acquisition goals are met.Guide clients on appropriate media mix, budget allocations, and investment levels needed to achieve expected results.Collaborate with strategy and analytics teams to align budget recommendations with performance benchmarks and ROI models.Educate clients on digital attribution, lead-to-patient conversion tracking, and measurable KPIs.Market Expertise & Industry KnowledgeStay current on trends in healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, and digital advertising performance.Clearly articulate company's unique value proposition and competitive differentiation.Represent company at conferences, webinars, and industry networking events.Collaboration & Internal AlignmentPartner with internal media, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver client-ready recommendations.Ensure smooth transition of new clients to account management teams for long-term success.Share insights from client interactions to inform service line strategies, pricing models, and thought leadership content.Requirements:Must Haves:3–5 years of sales or business development experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or healthcare marketing.Proven success selling campaigns that include paid media (search, social, display, programmatic), SEO, and analytics.Ability to consult with healthcare organizations on budget allocation by service line to maximize ROI.Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in complex, consultative sales environments.Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).Preferred:Experience working with hospitals, health systems, or physician groups.Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices and healthcare regulations.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
