Location: Muskegon, Michigan, 49441.

Schedule: 8 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday. Dayshift hours.

• RESPONSIBILITIES **
• General labor working on projects of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscape, lawn care, lawn maintenance and grounds care functions
• May assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• Maintaining multiple apartment communities full landscaping duties under the guidance of a supervisor
• Operating equipment such as 0 turn mowers, trimmers, edgers and leaf blowers
• REQUIREMENTS **
• 2 years’ experience in professional landscaping
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
