๐ง What Youโll Do:
- Analyze property performance including rent, other income, maintenance costs, and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to increase Net Operating Income (NOI)
- Evaluate and implement new vendors, programs, and operational initiatives
- Support contract negotiations and compliance efforts
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
- Partner with on-site teams to solve operational challenges (leasing, maintenance, workflows)
- Improve processes to drive efficiency, cost savings, and service quality
- Assist with company-wide initiatives and special projects
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 0โ2 years of relevant experience (internships welcome!)
- Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, large datasets)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Multifamily or property management exposure
- A strong sense of urgency attention to detail
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving
