Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a Multifamily Marketing Specialist to help drive leasing performance across our apartment communities in Rapid City, SD and Sioux City, IA.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute property marketing plans that increase traffic and occupancy
- Partner with Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to improve leasing performance
- Analyze market trends, occupancy, pricing, and competitors to make marketing recommendations
- Manage online reputation, social media, and digital advertising
- Review leasing calls and provide coaching to improve conversions
- Train leasing teams through GraceHill, webinars, and other learning platforms
- Audit leasing activity, YARDI data, and marketing compliance
- Prepare marketing and performance reports while identifying new opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3 years of marketing experience (multifamily preferred)
- 1 year of apartment leasing or property management experience
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Rapid City, SD and Sioux City, IA
