The Opportunity: We are seeking a proven successful Multifamily Asset Manager to help grow and optimize Monarch’s portfolio through acquisitions, operational oversight, and strategic asset planning. You will oversee the administrative, financial, capital, and operational performance of your assigned portfolio while partnering closely with operations, leadership, brokers, and lenders.
This role is based in Franktown, Colorado, with travel throughout the portfolio 25% - 50% of the time. This is not a remote or work from home role.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a proven successful Multifamily Asset Manager to help grow and optimize Monarch’s portfolio through acquisitions, operational oversight, and strategic asset planning. You will oversee the administrative, financial, capital, and operational performance of your assigned portfolio while partnering closely with operations, leadership, brokers, and lenders.
This role is based in Franktown, Colorado, with travel throughout the portfolio 25% - 50% of the time. This is not a remote or work from home role.
What You’ll Do: As an Asset Manager at Monarch, you will:
- Build and oversee annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans
- Drive quarter-over-quarter performance improvement across assigned assets
- Orchestrate a well run operational plan to drive NOI
- Establish goals and performance expectations for each property
- Oversee regional and on-site leadership on operational strategy and personnel matters
- Actively support team development, engagement, and Monarch’s culture
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reporting, including financial analysis
- Review operating statements and performance metrics monthly
- Develop and analyze 3, 5, and 10-year capital plans and capital needs assessments
- Evaluate refinancing and restructuring opportunities based on debt and market conditions
- Build strong relationships with brokers and lenders to position Monarch for future opportunities
- Evaluate and underwrite potential acquisitions and disposition opportunities
- Lead due diligence and acquisition closings, including financial and operational reviews
- 5–7 years of multifamily operations experience
- 2–4 years of proven direct multifamily asset management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field
- Experience overseeing multi-site portfolios across a geographic region
- Strong financial analysis skills (ROI, cash-on-cash, valuation modeling)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- $120,000–$135,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
