- Complete daily work orders and apartment turns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Perform painting, drywall repair, and carpentry
- Complete preventative maintenance and basic grounds care
- Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop
- 1 year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
- Experience with:
- Drywall, painting, carpentry
- Plumbing repairs (copper pipe, fixtures, toilets)
- Electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
- Appliance troubleshooting (washer/dryer, fridge, stove)
- Gas & electric water heaters
- EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call every 4 weeks
- Skills test required during interview
- Background check & drug screening required
- We DO NOT test for THC
