Monarch is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan. This is a year-round, consistent position where no two days are the same—and your office is the great outdoors!

PAY: $16/hour up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (full-time, steady work year-round)

- Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained
- Landscaping and general grounds upkeep
- Trash removal and clean up
- Tackling seasonal tasks—yes, even snow removal when needed
