Now Hiring: Google Ads / Paid Search Specialist
Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to join our growing in-house Marketing & Digital Advertising team at our Franktown, Colorado headquarters.
This role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer with hands-on experience managing high-volume Google Ads campaigns who wants long-term stability, growth, and the resources of a national multifamily housing leader.
Monarch has been privately owned since 1992 and currently owns and self-manages 78,000 apartment homes across 25 states, ranking us as the 8th largest multifamily owner in the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will manage and optimize 80 active Google Ads campaigns supporting a nationwide apartment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns from setup to optimization
- Analyze performance metrics including CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and spend
- Adjust budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation
- Implement and manage GA4 tracking and reporting
- Use Google Analytics to analyze bounce rate, sessions, time on site, and traffic sources
- Develop clear, actionable reports for marketing leadership
- Manage and update Google Business Profiles for assigned communities
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to recommend optimization and growth strategies
- Support KPI development and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 2 year of hands-on Google Ads / Paid Search experience
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or Communications
Preferred:
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications
- Experience managing high-volume or multi-location ad accounts
Pay & Benefits:
- $60,000–$70,000 annual salary (DOE)
