- Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances & water heaters
- Preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
- Painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
- Keeping work areas safe, organized, and efficient
- Participating in on-call rotation (1 week every 2 weeks)
- Apartment, facilities, hotel, or residential maintenance experience
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- HVAC experience strongly valued
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (required)
You’ll split time between:
- The Oaks of Jackson – 100 units
- Woods of Post House – 122 units
