What You’ll Do:
- Write engaging content for apartment websites (headlines, descriptions, amenities, etc.)
- Help shape brand voice and messaging across communities
- Create blog posts and marketing content using SEO basics
- Work with different teams on content requests
- Keep an eye on trends and help keep our content fresh
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of writing or copywriting experience (real estate is a plus, not required)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Basic understanding of SEO is helpful
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
