• $27–$29/hour (DOE)
• Quarterly bonuses up to $750
• $100 per on-call rotation

🔧 What You’ll Do (Straightforward & Hands-On)

• Apartment work orders and unit turns
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry
• HVAC troubleshooting (EPA a plus)
• Preventative maintenance and grounds support
• On-call rotation for emergencies

• Maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred)
• HVAC or EPA, CPO certification preferred
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
• Customer-service mindset
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:30PM
• On-call: 1 week every 3 weeks
