YEAR-ROUND STABLE 40 HOUR WORK
POSITION: Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician
SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 5 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)
COMPENSATION: $20-22 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in the maintenance field preferred
- 6 months experience in apartment maintenance
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Plumbing and electrical experience
- EPA Universal Certification a plus
- CPO Certification a plus
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
- Competitive pay
- On-Call bonus of $100 and minimum 1.5 hours of paid time
- Quarterly bonuses up to $750, that's $3,000 a year!
