What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at T&R Properties?
T&R Properties is seeking a hardworking, dedicated Maintenance Service Technicians that will be responsible for maintaining our apartment communities. The right candidates will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately, and completely.

Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements:
- HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Universal preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in the maintenance field preferred
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
