Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant!!!

We are looking for a Full Time Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our winning team in the Decatur, IL area at The Quarry Apartments. If you love the idea of helping people find a new home they love then the time to apply is NOW!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am- 5:30PM and some Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm

• Hourly pay $16-$17 /hr

Skills That Will Drive Your Success:

• At least one year apartment leasing experience preferred
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required for this position
• Strong computer skills (experience with Yardi preferred)
• Skilled at problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales experience
  
  

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
