Monarch Home Care is growing and looking for an organized, detail-oriented Care Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day agency operations. This role touches client services, caregiver coordination, documentation, and internal projects β a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What you'll do:
- Manage and maintain client files, intake documentation, and case records
- Assist with caregiver onboarding paperwork, credentialing documentation, and scheduling support
- Communicate with clients and families regarding questions, scheduling, and service needs
- Support billing and authorization tracking (Medicaid Home Help program)
- Maintain agency compliance records and assist with audit preparation
- Support the agency director with internal projects, research, and operational initiatives
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and internal documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred:
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or social services administration
- Familiarity with Medicaid or state program documentation
- Experience with CHAMPS or similar provider portals
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
