Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
- Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding care needs and scheduling updates
- Assist with client intake, onboarding, and service coordination
- Monitor caregiver attendance, performance, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate client and employee records
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Ensure quality care and client satisfaction
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks
- Assist management with daily office operations
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or office administration preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of scheduling systems and Microsoft Office preferred
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare-related experience is a plus
