You’ll be working independently, moving fast, driving a lot, and representing our brand with integrity. If you need constant supervision to thrive, this probably isn’t the right fit.

- Travel throughout the Wasatch Front to various properties.
- Interact professionally with homeowners, real estate agents, and our internal team in English and/or Spanish.
- Upload raw image files to our server at the end of each day.
- Maintain an accurate schedule and arrive punctually for all assignments.
- Uphold Monarca Media's standards of professionalism, confidence, and positive energy in all client interactions.
We ensure success through structured onboarding, clear guidelines, and continuous support.

- Comfortable and effective in client interactions, with a natural ability to communicate clearly and confidently.

- Receptive to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Fluency in spoken English and Spanish (essential for direct client communication).
