Brand Photographer & Content Creator

Freshly Picked is a creativity engine—and we’re looking for a self-driven Brand Photographer & Content Creator to lead how our brand comes to life visually.

This role owns all conceptualizing, photography, and videography across product and lifestyle content. You will bring ideas to the table, execute at a high level, and continuously evolve our content by staying ahead of trends, competitors, and emerging tools (including AI).

You’ll handle editing, retouching, and final delivery of both photo and video content across multiple channels—with the ultimate goal of driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for our e-commerce business.

This position requires a self-motivated, highly organized, and fast-paced individual who can own projects from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally while also bringing a strong point of view on how we show up visually as a brand.

• Own and lead all photography and video content for product, lifestyle, and campaigns
• Conceptualize and storyboard photo and video campaigns in collaboration with marketing and product teams
• Develop shot lists, mood boards, and creative direction aligned with brand strategy
• Plan and manage all aspects of shoots end-to-end, including budgeting, talent sourcing, location scouting, product sample coordination, timelines, and on-set logistics
• Shoot and edit product photography for e-commerce, print, and marketing channels
• Shoot and edit lifestyle photography that brings the brand to life
• Plan, capture, and edit video content for social, e-commerce, and campaigns
• Create short-form, performance-driven video (Reels, TikTok, ads, website)
• Direct on-camera talent, including models, moms, and babies
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both photo and video
• Edit and retouch photography, including soft goods (bags soft sole baby shoes)
• Perform video editing, including cutting, color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics
• Maintain a highly organized and accessible library of photo and video assets
• Partner with marketing to create platform-specific content and contribute to ongoing social storytelling
• Stay current on trends, monitor competitors, and proactively test new creative approaches, tools, and AI-driven workflows
• Other duties as assigned

• Professional commercial portfolio required (fashion emphasis is a plus)
• Experience in both photography and videography (portfolio demonstrating both preferred)
• Functions well in a fast-paced environment
• Eye for fashion and fashion trends
• Ability to creatively work within defined style guides
• Ability to balance quality, quantity, and timing
• Ability to retouch product softlines (bags soft sole baby shoes)
• Experience with in-studio strobe lighting and basic video lighting setups
• Must be willing to drive to on-location photo and video shoots
• Must be very comfortable working with moms and babies
• Strong photo and video styling skills are a plus

• Video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Other Adobe design apps are a plus

This job is full-time and currently located in Lindon, UT. We work on a hybrid schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs in the office, W and F from home.
