Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Content Creator specializing in long-form video and photography to join the Bucked Up Content Team. This role is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality content that tells compelling brand stories across YouTube, web, campaigns, and other long-form platforms.
This individual will own projects from concept to final delivery—bringing ideas to life through strong visual storytelling, technical expertise, and an understanding of performance-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production (Photo & Video)
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for long-form storytelling (YouTube, brand films, campaigns, events, etc.)
- Lead shoots on-location and in studio (Content House, gym, outdoor, events, travel shoots)
- Direct talent, models, and team members to achieve desired creative vision
- Collaborate with the Content Director and marketing team on shot lists, concepts, and creative direction
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit long-form video content (YouTube episodes, brand stories, event recaps, documentaries, etc.)
- Handle full post-production workflow: color grading, sound design, pacing, graphics integration
- Ensure final deliverables are polished, on-brand, and optimized for each platform
- Manage file organization, backups, and content library
Creative Strategy & Storytelling
- Contribute to ideation of long-form content that aligns with brand campaigns (e.g., FLAMB, events, product launches)
- Translate brand messaging into compelling visual narratives
- Identify opportunities to repurpose long-form content into shorter cuts for social and paid
Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with Social, Ads, and Marketing teams
- Take feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining creative integrity
- Participate in production planning, scheduling, and logistics
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in videography and photography
- Strong portfolio showcasing long-form video work (YouTube, documentaries, brand films, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.)
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, audio, and camera systems
- Ability to manage projects from concept to completion independently
- Experience directing talent and managing shoots
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fitness, lifestyle, or supplement industry
- Motion graphics and After Effects experience
- Experience shooting for YouTube or narrative-style content
- Comfortable traveling for shoots and events
