IT Specialist (Bucked Up)

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support to end-users within the organization. The IT Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services, including but not limited to:

• Office 365 Administration: Manage and maintain Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.), including user provisioning, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues. This would also cover Entra ID administration
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, device provisioning, access rights management, and data migration.
• Internal Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and other critical systems. Such as updating and maintaining various docker instances, rolling out new services and working in AWS.
• Door Access Control: Manage and maintain the company's door access control system, including user access permissions, system troubleshooting, and security audits

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain current Office 365 and Entra ID configurations and make changes as needed to meet business functions.
• Handle helpdesk tickets to ensure that issues are being resolved for employees in a timely manner.
• Maintain existing AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Experience with ticketing systems such as (Zammad, Freshservice, zendesk).
• Experience with Office 365/Google workspace administration.
• Experience with cloud service providers such as: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience administrating Windows Systems, Active Directory or Entra ID Active directory for example.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Pay is $20 - $25 DOE
• Full-time schedule
