Director of Marketing
Job Summary:
Mon Valley Healthcare is seeking a talented and innovative Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our services, improve brand awareness, and enhance our reputation in the community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient engagement
Having a relationship with all the local hospitals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including marketing research, creative development, and media planning
Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI analysis
Leverage social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach our target audience and drive website traffic
Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, including local businesses, organizations, and media outlets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
5 years of experience in marketing leadership or a related field
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience with all referral platforms
