Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions and needs
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
Monitor patient progress and report significant changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Level of Education: Registered Nurse
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year
License/Certification: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
