Works with Medical Director to establish and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations pertaining to medication assisted treatment for substance use disorder and chronic pain. Works in a team-like fashion by willingly lending knowledge and assistance and by keeping co-workers and management informed on matters of mutual importance. Recognizes that we are one team with many members. Displays a positive and optimistic attitude toward changes and/or problems facing the organization. Commits to personal and professional growth, knowledge and learning.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education

Degree in social work, psychology, behavioral health or registered nurse

Licensure and Certifications
-
WV license: Social Worker, Psychologist, Nurse or other behavioral health background

Ability to conduct individual and case management services.

Experience
-
Applicants should have desire and experience providing treatment to individuals with addiction and/or chronic pain.
