The Operations Coordinator/Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of multiple stores and serves as a key liaison between the U.S. operations team, store managers, and headquarters. This role assists with operational execution, data reporting, new store support, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure consistent store performance and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of assigned stores and assist in maintaining consistent execution of company operational standards and SOPs.
- Coordinate communication between headquarters, regional operations, and store teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
- Collect, organize, and analyze store operational data, including sales, labor, inventory, product performance, and other key business metrics.
- Assist with new store openings, operational projects, and ongoing store support.
- Monitor store operational compliance and follow up on action items to improve execution and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of company marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Coordinate store supplies, operational documents, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Travel to stores within the assigned region to provide operational support and complete additional projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1β2 years of experience in operations, retail, restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
- Recent graduates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with POS systems or data reporting is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly to stores within the assigned region.
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus but not required.
