Join our growing team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our stores. We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead multiple locations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 3–5 retail stores, ensuring consistent execution of company SOPs, service standards, and operational excellence.
- Monitor store performance, identify operational issues, and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure the successful execution of store operations, operational audits, labor scheduling, inventory management, reporting, and company marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate staffing, product ordering, inventory allocation, and operational resources across the assigned region.
- Coach and develop Store Managers and store teams, fostering a high-performing culture and supporting employee growth.
- Track key business metrics, analyze store performance, and implement action plans to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Support new store openings, operational projects, and other initiatives assigned by management.
🎯 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, or other multi-unit operations.
- Experience managing 3–5 stores is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with POS systems and operational reporting is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
