What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Pastry Chef position at Molly's Cupcakes?
Molly's Cupcakes Bakery is located at 1010 West 35th Street, Chicago. IL is looking for an Assistant Pastry Chef to join our pastry team!
This is a part-time position where you can expect to work around 30 hrs/week. Typical hours are from 6am-1pm and weekend availability is required.
Qualifications:
At least one year's experience in making batters, buttercream, frostings, and mousses is preferred. The ideal candidate is self disciplined, has a positive attitude, solution oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
This is a fast-paced standing position that does require lifting 50 pounds from time to time.
