What You Need to Get Started
- Valid driver’s license
- Age 18
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to the office (we provide the car for your cleanings!)
- Able to move around comfortably—mopping, vacuuming, bending, reaching
- Available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, Occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Social Security card
- Strong work ethic & good common sense!

- As a Partner - Make customers smile by cleaning their homes using the Molly Maid system
- Be friendly, positive, and professional
- As a Team Leader: drive the team vehicle, manage the day’s schedule, clock in/out, read notes, collect payments, and keep supplies stocked
