Hit APPLY now-this spot won't be open for long!What You'll Actually Do:Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism, care, and urgencyAssist with scheduling and following up on warm, qualified leads using approved scriptsPerform phone and occasional in-home estimates using company pricing and processesSupport the Office Manager with day-to-day office tasks, including supply tracking and fleet coordinationAssist in launching cleaning teams each morning with assignments, customer notes, directions, and suppliesTransport supplies or equipment to cleaning teams as neededLog all customer interactions, estimates, and team activities in the company system and metric sheet by the end of the dayHelp maintain team morale and positive relationships among staff and customersThe Basics (Before You Apply)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (full-time, consistent schedule)Weekend Work: Rare emergencies only; voluntaryPay: $15-$17/hour (overtime paid according to Virginia and federal law if needed)PTO: 5 days per year, earned after 1 year of employmentRequirements: Background check, clean driving record (MVR), legal eligibility to work in the U.S.At-Will Employment: Either you or the company may end employment at any time, with or without cause or noticeThat's the boring-but-important stuff-now you know exactly what you're signing up for!Ready to Make a Difference?If you're organized, enthusiastic, and ready to make customers smile while supporting our cleaners, hit Apply Now and let's make some magic happen!
