Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Operate molding machines to produce high-precision components
- Perform detailed trimming and de-gating of parts using fine hand tools
- Conduct close visual inspections using magnification tools and microscopes
- Maintain steady, consistent production output while meeting strict quality standards
- Identify, document, and report minor defects or irregularities in components
- Verify part quality with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Carefully package finished components according to exact specifications
- Complete basic production and quality documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in hands-on work
- Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, especially with small components
- Ability to maintain a steady, consistent pace in a production environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks with accuracy
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must complete a background check
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
- Clean, organized production floor
- Primarily standing during the shift
- Frequent use of hands for small component handling
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
