Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Measurement Technician I to support inspection and quality activities in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Measurement
- Perform basic dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and standard gauges
- Follow work instructions, inspection plans, and engineering drawings
- Set up and use basic inspection tools and fixtures
- Identify and report out-of-spec conditions
Documentation & Data
- Record inspection results accurately
- Complete required inspection reports and documentation
- Maintain organized and accurate quality records
Quality Support
- Assist with First Article Inspections (FAIs) as needed
- Support data collection for SPC and quality tracking
- Follow established quality procedures and standards
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of inspection, manufacturing, or related experience
- Familiarity with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
ADA – Essential Functions
The employee must be able to:
- Work an 8-hour shift performing the duties of this position
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle items, and reach with hands and arms
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM
Enjoy predictable, daytime hours with evenings and weekends generally off (except during occasional peak demands).
