What You’ll Own
- Lead Workday Integrations, Extend, Prism, and Reporting strategy
- Manage and mentor a team of Workday technologists
- Oversee end-to-end integration architecture (Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Orchestrate)
- Drive custom application development using Workday Extend
- Own Workday Prism Analytics use cases and data modeling
- Establish governance across:
- Security
- Data access
- Reporting standards
- Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance
- Manage roadmap, prioritization, and delivery (ServiceNow intake)
- Lead Workday releases, upgrades, and enhancements
- Act as SME for enterprise Workday architecture
- 8 years of HR Technology experience
- 5 years deep in Workday ecosystem
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connector)
- Workday Extend (custom apps)
- Workday Prism Analytics
- Reporting Calculated Fields
- Experience building 75 integrations (BIG differentiator)
- Strong understanding of:
- Data flows & architecture
- Security (ISUs, ISSG, segmented security)
- Proven leadership experience (team delivery)
- Workday Certifications (Integrations / Extend / Prism)
- Experience with payroll/benefits integrations (ADP, Fidelity, etc.)
- Experience in large, complex environments
- Own enterprise Workday architecture
- Lead cutting-edge Workday capabilities (Extend Prism)
- High visibility with senior leadership
- True mix of strategy hands-on build
