Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overview

A growing food manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Clerk to support shipping, order processing, and logistics coordination.


This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in manufacturing environments, where accuracy, compliance, and speed are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process daily shipping documents, invoices, and BOLs
• Enter and manage customer orders through EDI systems
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with carriers and internal teams
• Track order status to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Work within ERP/WMS systems (SAP or similar)
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records
• Communicate with production and warehouse teams to support operations

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (REQUIRED)
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse coordination
• Familiarity with EDI, ERP, or WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
