Title Processor
Full-Time | Fast-Paced Real Estate & Title Environment
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional with experience in title and real estate closings. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple files at once, work efficiently under deadlines, and provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and send complete title packages to lenders
- Handle title curative work and obtain payoffs
- Order HOA information and prepare title/settlement documents
- Prepare Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements with lenders
- Balance files prior to closing
- Respond to client and lender inquiries regarding the closing process
- Monitor and manage a general email inbox
- Assist with filing, scanning, and administrative support as needed
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in title, escrow, or real estate closings
- Working knowledge of Closing Disclosure documents preferred
- Experience managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with Qualia
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple files simultaneously
