- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Current SLP license or eligibility for North Dakota licensure.
- BLS certification required.
- Two years of experience preferred.
- Experience across the lifespan preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
