What you will be doing
- Manage commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
- Coordinate procurement and material delivery to support just-in-time execution
- Lead collaboration across field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Proactively manage change orders, including negotiation, documentation, and execution
- Monitor job progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with codes and specifications
- Run project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders
What you bring
- 5 years managing commercial electrical projects over $5M
- Strong handle on change orders, cost controls, and procurement
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and local codes
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP or equivalent is a plus
