Paradise Valley, AZ | $130,000–$155,000 Base Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
• Administer complex trust and estate relationships from onboarding through ongoing administration
• Interpret trust documents, wills, fiduciary agreements, and estate plans
• Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and beneficiaries
• Oversee fiduciary distributions, account reviews, and risk management processes
• Assist with estate settlement matters, probate coordination, and tax-related administration
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary regulations and internal standards
• Deliver a high-touch client experience during sensitive and complex situations
What We’re Looking For
• CTFA designation strongly preferred
• 8 years of trust and fiduciary administration experience
• Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, estate administration, and trust operations
• Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients and multi-generational families
• Knowledge of fiduciary taxation, probate, and estate planning concepts
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and relationship management skills
• JD or CPA is a plus
