Compensation: $45 - $52/hr | Full-Time | Wealth Management
Series 7/66 Required | 3 Years Experience | HNW Clients | CFP a Plus

Are you a client-focused financial services professional who delivers exceptional service from anywhere? We are looking for a Remote Service Advisor to join a well-established wealth management team that has built a culture around trust, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships.

What you will do:

• Serve as a primary remote point of contact for client service and relationship needs
• Support financial advisors in preparing for and following up on client review meetings
• Coordinate account maintenance, transfers, money movement, and client documentation
• Build strong client relationships through consistent, proactive outreach
• Partner with advisors to identify planning and service opportunities across the portfolio
• Manage onboarding for new clients and account transitions from end to end
• Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance requirements
• Collaborate digitally with operations, compliance, custodians, and external partners

What you bring:

• 3 years in wealth management, financial advisory, banking, or financial services
• Series 7/66 licenses (required)
• Proven experience supporting high-net-worth client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for remote work
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized without direct oversight
• Proficiency with CRM systems and wealth management platforms
• CFP coursework or designation is a plus
