Remote (U.S.-based) | $120K–$140K base bonus
OverviewWe’ve partnered with a growing financial services platform expanding its advanced planning and fiduciary solutions across the advisor channel.
This is a high-impact, advisor-facing role working directly with financial advisors and referral partners to support HNW/UHNW clients.
Not a build-from-scratch role — strong internal partnerships, existing relationships, and consistent deal flow.
What You’ll Do- Build and grow relationships with financial advisors and partners
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within HNW/UHNW segments
- Lead consultative, client-facing conversations and presentations
- Own the full relationship and sales lifecycle: sourcing ? closing ? growth
- Partner internally to deliver tailored planning solutions
- Maintain pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets
- Travel as needed (advisor/client-facing role)
- 4 years in financial services, wealth, or solution-based sales
- Experience working with advisors and/or HNW clients
- Proven ability to generate or support new business
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- High ownership, drive, and accountability
- Background in wealth management, private banking, or advisory
- Exposure to estate planning or fiduciary solutions
- CFP®, CTFA, JD, or similar (preferred, not required)
- Strong earning potential with real upside
- Access to an existing advisor network deal flow
- Ability to sell high-value, complex solutions
- Remote flexibility with national reach
