We’re working with a well-established real estate services organization looking to add a Commercial Closing Officer to support complex real estate transactions.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move beyond high-volume residential closings and step into more technical, deal-driven commercial work.
Responsibilities:- Handle full-cycle commercial closings
- Review title commitments, closing documents, and lender packages
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and commercial clients
- Identify and resolve title issues and transaction risks
- Ensure compliance with all escrow and title requirements
- 3 years of escrow/title experience
- Commercial experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills
- Transition into higher-level commercial work
