What You Bring
- 10 years in water/wastewater planning, design, or construction (strong candidates with slightly less experience are encouraged to apply)
- PE license required
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Strong client management and business development skills
- Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets
- Stormwater design background is a plus, but not required
