MOHR Talent is a growing national recruiting and staffing firm looking for ambitious sales professionals ready to make their first move into recruiting.

The Role

You’ll connect with professionals, understand what they want next, and help them pursue opportunities with our clients. Expect plenty of phone calls, meaningful conversations, clear goals, and coaching to help you improve.

We have active searches to work on. You won’t be responsible for selling to clients or bringing in new business.

Your Day-to-Day

• Cold call and prospect for candidates nationwide.

• Build relationships and generate interest in career opportunities.

• Screen candidates for experience, compensation expectations, and availability.

• Handle objections and guide candidates through interviews and follow-ups.

• Keep your pipeline organized and work toward activity, submission, and placement goals.

• Have 1 years of experience in sales or another outbound sales role.

• Pick up the phone confidently and stay persistent after rejection.

The Rewards

• $45,000–$55,000 base salary.

• Uncapped commission with no draw.

• First-year OTE of $75,000–$80,000 , based on performance.

• Training, scripts, and ongoing mentorship.

• Promotion opportunities in 3–6 months based on performance.

Location & Schedule

Our office is near Miami International Airport. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Work onsite for your first three months, then move to a hybrid schedule with four office days and one remote day per week.
