Field Sales Representative – Independent Pharmacy Sales

Most people don’t know it, but the neighborhood pharmacy down the street is up against giants. National chains buy medications and supplies in huge volumes, which gets them lower prices. An independent, family-owned pharmacy buying on its own can’t match that.
That’s where we come in. We’re a group purchasing organization, or GPO. We bring hundreds of independent pharmacies together so they can buy as one large group. That combined buying power gets them chain-level pricing, which helps them stay competitive, stay profitable, and stay open.
It’s a growing business. The global market for GPO services was estimated at $7.6 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $10.6 billion by 2030, a 5.7% annual growth rate. We’re one of the fastest-growing GPOs in the country, and we’re expanding our field sales team to keep up.

What You’ll Do
- Visit independent pharmacies in your territory and show owners how membership lowers their costs.
- Find and qualify new prospects, and build your own pipeline.
- Work with management to turn promising leads into signed members.
- Keep your activity and opportunities up to date in our CRM.
- Check in with current members and help them get the full value of their benefits.
- Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
What You Bring
- A strong desire to make money while helping people.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Drive and discipline to manage your own schedule and territory.
- Comfort with regular travel throughout your territory.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-tracking tools.
- Pharmacy or healthcare sales experience is a plus. If you don’t have it, we’ll teach you the industry.
