Registered Client Associate

A well established and growing wealth management firm known for building lasting client relationships and delivering a genuinely high-touch service experience is looking for a Registered Client Associate to join their advisory support team. This is a team that cares about their people and invests in long-term career growth within the wealth management industry.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Advisors to manage client relationships and deliver ongoing, top-tier service
- Handle account opening and maintenance across brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts, including transfers, money movement, and beneficiary updates
- Process and execute securities transactions in accordance with firm policy and regulatory standards
- Build client meeting materials, portfolio review packages, and follow-up communications
- Serve as a liaison between clients, custodians, and internal teams to resolve service and account issues
- Keep client records current and accurate within CRM and portfolio management platforms
- Play an active role in client onboarding and enhancing the client experience
What You Bring:
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness/ability to obtain both within 9 months of hire)
- 2 years of experience supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, or Private Wealth teams within wealth management, brokerage, banking, or an RIA setting
- Solid understanding of account administration across brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust structures
- Prior exposure to CRM, portfolio management, or custodial platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations, compliance controls, and client confidentiality expectations
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast moving, client centered environment
