Pay Range: $20 - $26 / hour shift premium | Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:00 am – 6:00 pm) | Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

What You Will Do:
Operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
Troubleshoot equipment and setup issues efficiently
Read blueprints, schematics, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Use precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience
Ability to read blueprints and understanding of production procedures
Experience with Gantry Style, Swiss Style, or Mill/Turn Style lathes is a plus
Experience with Murata or Star machinery is a bonus but not required
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative team attitude
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the 12-hour shift
