Quality Engineer
Hatfield, PA Area | $75K–$95K Benefits
We’ve partnered with a growing industrial manufacturing company in the Lansdale / Telford, PA area seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality, ISO 9001 compliance, supplier quality, inspection programs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working closely with operations, engineering, purchasing, suppliers, customers, and production teams to improve quality systems and make sure manufactured products meet customer and design requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Support and improve the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Work with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service on quality processes
• Lead corrective action, preventive action, root cause, and 8D problem-solving efforts
• Support supplier quality requirements, supplier audits, and quality expectations
• Manage inspection and product release processes for manufactured components and assemblies
• Review technical drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards
• Write quality procedures and help train internal teams on proper quality processes
• Support customer quality communication, audits, troubleshooting, and compliance follow-up
What We’re Looking For
• 4 years of Quality Engineering experience
• Industrial equipment manufacturing experience preferred
• ISO 9001 experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Experience with QMS, corrective action, supplier quality, inspection, and continuous improvement
• Lean, Six Sigma, ASQ, pump, foundry, machining, or rotating equipment experience is a plus
• Comfortable working onsite in the Lansdale / Telford area
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
