Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with national and regional healthcare accounts.
- Secure contracts for generic pharmaceuticals while managing pricing strategies and negotiations.
- Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts and build new pipelines across the U.S.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes that impact sales strategy.
- Work closely with internal supply chain, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events.
- Sales Experience: 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or distribution.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generics, wholesale pharmacy sales, or healthcare distribution.
- Business Development: Ability to leverage existing relationships or bring a book of business to accelerate growth.
- Skills: Strong communicator, persuasive negotiator, and skilled in strategic account planning.
- Mindset: Self-driven, competitive, and resilient—with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Compensation: $60K–$75K base salary plus uncapped commission.
