Loan Closing Specialist
Miami, FL | Full-time | $55,000–$75,000 salary
Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday
We’re partnering with a well-established bank that’s expanding its closing department and hiring a Loan Closing Specialist to own loan files from start to finish. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role for a closer who knows how to keep a pipeline moving—clean docs, tight conditions, strong follow-up, and zero missed details.

What You’ll Be Doing- Own assigned loan files from initial setup through closing and funding
- Build internal closing checklists by reviewing commitment letters, approvals, and credit conditions
- Track and clear due diligence items prior to approval to close
- Review attorney/paralegal-prepared closing packages to ensure alignment with approvals and bank procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic closing files and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
- Coordinate daily with loan officers, counsel, and internal partners to resolve issues and prevent delays
- Prepare insurance requirement letters and validate insurance documentation prior to funding
- Complete escrow calculations and amortization schedules using established templates
- Generate standard loan documentation for unsecured, CD-secured, UCC, and other assigned loan types
- Support weekly pipeline/closing reports and assist with department projects and required trainings
- Prior loan closing experience in a banking environment (commercial and/or secured lending preferred)
- Strong understanding of compliance and bank closing procedures
- Working knowledge of secured transactions and real estate-related documentation
- Extremely organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple active files at once
- Clear communicator who can follow up firmly and professionally with internal and external parties
- Comfortable working onsite in a process-driven role with strict deadlines
