About the Role

I’m partnering with a highly respected, technology-forward Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in Islip, NY that is looking to add a Financial Services Associate – Client Experience to its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of the client experience in a wealth management environment. You’ll work closely with advisors and serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure every interaction, request, and follow-up is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs and account-related requests
  • Open and maintain client accounts, including transfers, distributions, and account updates
  • Prepare forms and documentation with a high level of accuracy and compliance awareness
  • Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up, and client communication
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Assist with financial planning workflows, implementation steps, and service execution
  • Coordinate with custodians and third-party partners to help move client requests forward
  • Ensure timely, organized, and thorough follow-up on all client matters
  • Help support a high-touch, process-driven service model built around the client experience
What They’re Looking For
  • 2 years of experience in wealth management, private wealth, financial advisory support, or a similar client service role
  • Understanding of the RIA model
  • Series 65 or series 66 preferred
  • Strong client service skills and professional communication
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with strong systems aptitude
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred
  • Someone who is dependable, polished, and takes ownership of their work
