Full-Charge Bookkeeper

St. Paul, MN | Onsite | $24–$26/hr | Immediate Hire

Overview

We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper with experience supporting accounting operations in a manufacturing or product-based environment. This role is ideal for someone who has owned full-cycle accounting and is comfortable working closely with operations, inventory, and day-to-day financial activity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, and general ledger

• Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments

• Perform all reconciliations (bank, credit card, balance sheet)

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end/year-end close

• Maintain financial records and assist with reporting

• Support inventory tracking, purchasing, and expense management

Requirements

• 4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or product-based companies

• Experience managing AP, AR, and reconciliations independently

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a small team environment

Preferred

• Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics)

• Exposure to inventory or purchasing processes

• Strong Excel skills
